Well, actually, there is no excuse for genocide anywhere on earth.
Fortunately, there IS no genocide on America's Gulf Coast, so you can
relax and sleep well tonight.

(There IS a big mess on America's Gulf Coast, but ignorant, bigoted,
racist comments like yours don't help very much. Why to I think
helping wasn't the primary thing on your mnd?)
